When can in place my Christmas order?
We launch Christmas at the end of April; the sooner you order the better. You can continue to order stock until the stock has ran out leading up to Christmas.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to process and deliver your order within 6 days.
I’ve received a damaged item in my delivery - what do I do?
Just give the customer service department a call on 01538 382020 to discuss and resolve.
Can I request a visit from my regional sales manager?
